Inspection:-
The inspection is done at RAJSAGAR STEEL for assuring about how effective the production process of the pipes is. The inspection is conducted at our manufactured unit to make sure that we are developing the rages of pipes according to the set product manufacturing guidelines and raw material quality standards. It is done by the legally certified and trained third party inspection agency team. The inspection is implemented based upon a few set inspection norms.
Testing of the pipes-
The testing of the manufactured ranges of pipes is done for quality assurance. This thus prevents us from the delivering of the poor quality of EFW pipes. Some test that we perform on our product is like-
Pipes documents-
We are providing copies of certain documents to our buyers for assuring about pipes quality. Documents are IBR test certificate, PMI test report, raw material certificate, mechanical test report, chemical test report, radiography test report, packaging list, QAP, heat treatment chart, MTC as per En 10204/3.1b provided to the buyers.
Packaging-
Carbon steel EFW pipes during the time of shipping is packed into bundles, in plywood cases and as per clients demands. Also it is wrapped in plastic sheets for safer shipping.
